We also pick up children from nursery during the day. Our Swim School minibus picks up's groups of pre schoolers from nursery. Children attend with nursery staff from their nursery who supervise and care for the children before and after their lesson. Our facilities are at school sites with no general public admittance. From the moment children leave nursery they are fully supervised every step of the way. At the pool each nursery has their own secure changing, and toilet facilities ensuring that all children remain with nursery staff and only nursery staff all the time.

Whilst chidren swim, nursery staff sit on the poolside and watch the children enjoy their lesson. Nursery staff are able to see how well children perform and give first hand feedback to you as a parent. Many of our nursery children will be able to swim competantly without the use of armbands and in deep water before they leave nursery to start school. Children leaving nursery to go to school may also continue classes with us, often with the same teacher.

For safety our staff are permanently in the poolhall and once the last child in the last lesson has left to get changed all access to the pool is then secured.

The safety of your child during their time with us is paramount. Whilst the national requirement for supervision of 3 and 4 year olds at nursery is 1 carer to 8 children during our lessons their will be 4 staff supervising 14 children, more than twice the ratio at nursery.
