At Aquability we pride ourselves in the organisation, structure and delivery of our lessons. Whilst
I as owner personally teach about 1/3 of our children I know most of the others by name and have a good idea about their ability
also. Our groups are therefore more structured than most and all children in each of our groups work well together.
Whilst there are many reasons which make our classes different, one important aspect is the team of
teachers at Aquability. All teachers applying to work at Aquability are hand picked by myself.
Michael,
Donna and Chris, three core staff as well as several other members work closely with myself to ensure the best possible
tuition. We work as a team, know each others groups and children, we constantly assess every single child ensuring
that all children work to the best of their abilities.
Classes are dynamic to suit all childrens needs,
whilst I don't what to specify our methods and systems too much here, your first lesson with us is free, no obligation,
so you may bring your child to try our classes at any time. There is no starting week as we treat all children as individuals
from the first to the last week so it doesn't matter when you child starts or what ability they are. We start from
babies, 3 year olds or even the older child with their mile badge. I assess over the phone which classes your child
could try and take it from there.
My philosophy is simple, As owner and principal teacher if I
ensure that our classes are the best that we can possibly offer then the business will take care of it'self. If
your child enjoys their lesson and looks forward to attending, if you as a parent can see this and that we try hard to ensure
that this is the case then you will want your child to continue attending classes.
Thats why we have
so many teenagers still attending after 8, 9 and 10 years.
Give us a call, leave your contact numbers
on our answerphone and I'll ring you back in a few days.
